    You can activate your Golden Circle online account by simply following these steps:

    • Visit Golden-Circle.com and click "Activate Your Golden Circle Online Account" on the "Member Sign In" page.
    • Provide your "Membership Number", "Family Name" and "Email Address".

    You will then receive an email with instructions to activate your account.

  • How do I update my personal information?
    To update your profile and personal information, login your membership account on Golden-Circle.com and click on your membership card image. Select “Dashboard” and then click " Profile" and “Edit” to make the necessary changes
  • I have forgotten my password. How do I obtain a new one?

    You can request a new password online by following these simple steps:

    • Visit Golden-Circle.com or the Shangri-La Mobile App, click on “Forgot Password”
    • Insert your “Membership Number” or “Login Email” and “Family Name”.

    You will receive an email with instructions to reset your account password.

  • How can I change the password for my online account?

    You can change the password for your online account by logging in to your membership account by visiting Golden-Circle.com.

    • Click on your membership card image and select “Dashboard”, then click “Profile”
    • Select “Change Password” to make the necessary changes and then click on “Save”.
    • To change your online account password, we invite you to:
    • Download the Shangri-La app on your mobile device.
    • Log in to your GC account.
    • Click on “Account Settings” under “Account” tab.
    • Select “Change Password” and submit your request.

    You will receive an email with instructions to reset your account password.
