You can redeem your Q Stamps for a diverse array of family experiences, activities and workshops at our Questers Rewards participating hotels. The redemption options are specially tailored for families, varying in scale and requiring a specific number of Q Stamps for each redemption.

To redeem rewards, simply visit the “Questers Rewards” page by tapping the “Family” icon on the homepage of the Shangri-La Circle mobile app or WeChat Mini Programme. Then, go to the “Redeem Family Rewards” section to view all available redemption items. After selecting your preferred redemption item, click the button to redeem it, and a digital voucher will be saved under “My Family Rewards” on the Questers Rewards page.

Members are required to check the availability of the voucher directly with the hotel by making a direct reservation and quoting the Voucher ID. To redeem the experience, members must present the digital voucher QR code upon arrival at the hotel. All vouchers must be used within their validity period.

Yes, you can join Questers Rewards without a child. However, to redeem Q Stamps, an adult member must add a child member (below the age of 18) to the Family Group before making a redemption request.

The maximum validity period for Q Stamps is 36 months if the Q Stamps are earned in January of an Accrual Year and 25 months if the Q Stamps are earned in December of an Accrual Year. Expired Q Stamps will not be extended.

Q Stamps in earned any Accrual Year will expire on the second anniversary of the end of the Accrual Year.

Example A: Q Stamps earned on 2 November 2024 (i.e. end of the Accrual Year being 31 December 2024) will expire on 31 December 2026 (i.e. 2nd anniversary of the end of the Accrual Year).

Example B: Q Stamps earned on 30 December 2024 (i.e. end of the Accrual Year being 31 December 2024) will expire on 31 December 2026 (i.e. 2nd anniversary of the end of the Accrual Year).

During online booking, a Q Stamp will be displayed as an indicator when selecting qualifying family rooms or packages.

Q Stamps will be credited to your account one week after payment has been completed for the eligible stay.

You can view your Q Stamp balance and expiry date under “Questers Rewards” in your account on the Shangri-La Circle App or WeChat Mini Programme. The expiry date will only be displayed when Q Stamps are expiring that year.

Yes, both adults in a Questers Rewards Family Group can pool the Q Stamps earned after both accounts are linked. However, only one adult can earn Q Stamps per qualifying transaction.

No, pooling is only applicable to Q Stamps under Questers Rewards. Shangri-La Circle Points cannot be pooled, even after the accounts are linked in a Family Group.

1. Only one adult can be added to a Questers Rewards Family Group per calendar year. The invitee must be a Shangri-La Circle member and cannot belong to another Family Group.
2. There is no limit to the number of child members (below the age of 18) who can be added.
3. There is no restriction on the relationship between the two adult members in the group.

No, you can earn Q Stamps for the room you occupy. You cannot earn Q Stamps for other rooms booked under the same reservation.
