- How do I qualify for Milestone Rewards?
Milestone Rewards are available to all members and will be based on the number of qualifying nights and Tier Points earned per calendar year. Rewards could range from free lounge access, breakfast vouchers and dinning credits*; it will begin after reaching 10 Qualifying Nights or 3,000 Tier Points.

- What does complimentary upgrade to the next room type within the same category mean?
An example for "complimentary upgrade to the next room type within the same category" of your room reservation: upgrade your room from a Deluxe Garden View Room to a Deluxe Sea View Room.
This complimentary room upgrade is not available in suite and villas.
- When will I know if the upgrade is confirmed?
Upgrade will be subject to availability upon check in.
- If I stay at a hotel for 14 days, can I receive an upgrade?
Room upgrade within the same category is available for maximum of 7 nights on each stay.
- As a Diamond member, are there any restrictions on the Club Lounge access with guest?
Diamond member can bring along an additional guest to access our Club Lounge and the guest must meet requirements of Club Lounge entry in the selected hotel. Access is subject to the hotel’s discretion.
- Do I need to accompany my guest to the lounge?
Yes, any guest that you wish to bring to the Club Lounge must be accompanied by the Diamond member.
