Redeeming Points - General
- What can I redeem with my Points?
Points can be redeemed for Redemption Awards, such as room/nights, food and beverage and Chi, The Spa vouchers. Any booking made using points from Thursday 28 April 2022 onwards will follow the new transparent exchange rate of 15 Points = 1 USD
- Can I pool my Points with other Shangri-La Circle members to redeem an Award?No, all Points required for Redemption Awards must be earned by the same member under the same account and pooling of Points is not permitted.
- How many Points are required for each Redemption Award?The number of Points required for each Redemption Award varies by hotel and the type of awards. Check the details for Room Awards and Non-Room Awards.
- When are Points deducted for my redemption?The corresponding number of Points required for each Redemption Award will be automatically deducted from your account at the time the redemption is confirmed.
- Where can I redeem Redemption Awards?You can redeem the Redemption Awards online at Shangri-La Circle website or through Shangri-La Circle Member Services.
- Can I share my Redemption Awards with others?Yes, you can share the room/nights, food and beverage and Chi, The Spa redemption vouchers with your nominated family members.
