Let your imagination run wild…literally. Unpack your bags on the plains of the Serengeti, and carefully observe the herd of zebras meander past your tented bed. The sleeping lion on the floor makes a cozy spot to do some colouring, or sit in your tent and read a book in your very own director’s chair as you watch the lone African ostrich make its way across the vast expanse.
Themed Suite guests enjoy access to a family concierge and a dedicated family pantry equipped with everything they require for a family stay, including dedicated children’s amenities by Stokke. Each themed suite can be connected to a Deluxe Family Room to accommodate a multi-generational family. Kids enjoy complimentary playtime at buds by Shangri-La and Splash. Please note that Splash will be temporarily closed for a magical transformation from 9 September to 30 November 2024.

Children's meal plan for guests staying at the hotel.
Designed in consultation with nutritionists, our children’s menus are available for in-room dining and in restaurants, providing a range of tasty and balanced meals for growing children. Baby food is also available upon request.
The following children’s meal plan is applicable for all Shangri-La Circle members. When accompanied by a dine-in adult, up to 2 children of registered in-house hotel guests at the age of 6 and below can enjoy buffet meals at the all-day dining venues at no additional charge. Additional children at the age of 6 and below and all children who are above 6 years of age but under 12 years of age will receive a 50% discount on the adult buffet price.
Registered in-house hotel guests can also join Shangri-La Circle at any time during their stay to enjoy the meal plan. Children of non-registered walk-in guests under the age of 12 will receive a 50% discount on buffet meals at the all-day dining outlets.
