Executive Chinese Chef Daniel Cheung now helms Shang Palace Singapore, bringing with him 37 years in top-level Cantonese cooking. The award-winning chef’s experience includes decade-long tenures in some of the most prestigious, revered institutions in his native Hong Kong. Some of his accolades include Gold award for Creative Appetisers at 2013 HOFEX Modern Chinese Cuisine Challenge; and the Distinction Gold Award for Appetisers at the 10th Asia Culinary Exchange 2016.
