Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore Unveils Enchanting Easter Experiences

Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore delivers an enchanting line-up of festivities and goodies this Easter to delight guests. Area Executive Pastry Chef Hervé Potus showcases Easter confectionery creations from 11 to 29 March 2013 at The Line Shop located on the first floor of the hotel. Guests can enjoy Easter Sunday with the brunch buffets at The Line, The Rose Veranda and Waterfall Cafe, and children can participate in the hotel’s annual Easter Egg Hunt from 1:30 to 1:45 p.m. on 31 March 2013. All junior hunters stand a chance to win a prize.

Chef Hervé’s latest confectionery creations will delight both the young and young-at-heart. New items featured in the Easter line-up include eggs shaped and decorated as a geisha, a pirate or in chic haute couture. Prices start from S$22. Chocoholics will adore the diverse chocolate creations, from the new Chocolate Lollipop priced at S$6 to the three-kilogram Gigantic Chocolate Bunny, priced at S$259. Traditional Easter Hot Cross Buns are available at just S$2.50 per piece.

The bountiful Easter hamper is packed with both traditional and modern Easter favourites. Priced at S$138, the hamper includes an Easter Chocolate Puzzle, a 150-gram Chocolate Frog, a 200-gram Chocolate Rooster, a 250-gram Chocolate Bunny, an Easter Egg decorated in haute couture and Hot Cross Buns.

Guests are invited to celebrate Easter Sunday with a brunch buffet at The Line, The Rose Veranda or Waterfall Cafe. All buffets heighten the Easter spirit by featuring special items for the occasion.

The Line’s Easter Sunday brunch buffet includes angelic eggs, Cumberland sausages in rosemary breadcrumbs, and yam nest with fried mozzarella stuffed risotto balls. Guests can enjoy The Line’s Easter Sunday Brunch buffet with unlimited soft drinks and chilled juices for S$108 per adult. For children aged between 6 and 11 years old, the price is S$54. For S$148 per adult, guests can enjoy The Line’s Easter Sunday brunch with free-flowing champagne, white and red wine, draft beer, soft drinks and chilled juices.

Guests seeking a cosy ambience will enjoy Waterfall Cafe’s Easter Sunday brunch buffet, which features festive Mediterranean inspired items. Priced at S$78 per adult and S$39 per child, the brunch includes one bottle of organic soft drink. For S$116 per adult, guests can enjoy the Waterfall Cafe Easter Sunday brunch with free-flowing sparkling, white, rosé and red wine.

For a luxurious festive spread prepared especially for Easter Sunday, guests can enjoy The Rose Veranda’s brunch buffet, priced at S$55 per adult and S$27 per child.
