Our conference areas span 60,000 square feet of function space, concentrated in 4 different areas of the property: the lobby and mezzanine of the Tower Wing, third floor of the Valley Wing, and first floor of the Garden Wing. 

Able to host everything - from a 9-person meeting to a banquet for 1,000 in the pillar-less Island Ballroom - there is something for every occasion.

Given the variety of indoor or outdoor, contemporary or colonial event spaces within Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore, our spaces offer the sense that anything is possible. Working with a dedicated events manager, you will design your event by handpicking exceptional locations, facilities and services Shangri-La has to offer. 

All of the conference and function rooms feature state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment for meetings in Singapore, including the following:

  • Wired or wireless broadband Internet access
  • Intelligent lighting system at the Island Ballroom
  • Satellite and teleconferencing available upon request
  • Simultaneous translation system available upon request
  • Slide, overhead, LCD and direct projectors
  • Strategically positioned motorised projectors and screens in selected function rooms
