Your Well-being in Our Care

We have been closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation and are following guidelines from the World Health Organisation (WHO) and respective local health agencies where we have operations. We understand there are many concerns during this time and wish to assure our guests that the safety and well-being of our guests, customers and colleagues are of paramount importance to us.

Our Health & Safety Commitment

As part of our ongoing effort to minimise the spread of infection and to safeguard the safety and health of our guests and colleagues, our hotels have taken a series of precautionary measures including:

Arrival & Departure:

  • Hotel limousines disinfected before and after each use
  • Disinfectant floor mats are located at the entrance to sanitise shoes
  • Temperature screening is conducted at all key entry points and sanitisers are available at guest contact points

Check-In:

  • Guests will be requested to fill in health and travel declaration forms
  • Face masks, hand sanitisers are available for guests to use
  • All incoming luggage and parcels will be disinfected

Public Areas:

  • All public washroom facilities are equipped with anti-bacterial soap and hand sanitisers. Cubicles are cleaned with hospital grade disinfectant, especially high touch points which are disinfected hourly
  • Temporary closure of swimming pools, hot whirlpool baths, saunas and steam rooms based on local requirements and regulations

Guestrooms:

  • Guestrooms are disinfected after each check-out
  • Guest laundry is returned with individual packaging to ensure the highest hygiene standards
  • We have enhanced hotel’s daily linen disinfection process that sanitises laundry hygienically with stringent measures

Disinfection Products:

  • We use of Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) listed disinfectants

Our Colleagues:

  • All our colleagues are trained on hygiene and sanitation protocols
  • All our colleagues are equipped with personal protective equipment (PPE), practice strict personal hygiene and safety precautions at work and stay at home if they are unwell

Our Cancellation Waiver

In view of the current COVID-19 situation, for all reservations made prior to 1 April 2020, including advanced purchase rates, travelling to any of our hotels globally before 30 June 2020, we will waive the cancellation charges regardless of booking channel, if cancelled more than 24 hours prior to arrival date.

Our Loyal Members

Golden Circle has extended tier status for all Diamond and Jade members globally. With this extension, all Golden Circle Diamond and Jade members will maintain their current tier status and benefits until 31 December 2021.

Additionally, as part of the Golden Circle programme, your Golden Circle Award Points expire on an annual basis. This means points will not expire prior to 31 December 2020. As is normal practice, we will remind you when your points expire. We are committed to supporting our members during this time and will continue to monitor the situation accordingly.
