Set amidst a Chinese garden with exquisitely hand-painted walls, Shang Palace showcases authentic and contemporary Cantonese cuisine and Chinese tea culture inspired by the rich heritage of China. 
Helmed by Chef Mok Kit Keung, from 2-Michelin-starred Shang Palace in Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong. Chef Mok showcases his signature dishes: Steamed Lobster and Bird’s Nest with Crab Coral Sauce, Braised Spare Ribs with Chinkiang Vinegar, Oven-baked Cod Fillet with Egg White and Dried Scallops, to name a few.
