Update: In conjunction with our commitment to provide outstanding facilities for our guests, Lobby Court, The Rose Veranda, Nadaman, BLU bar and BLU restaurant will be undergoing refurbishment until 16 May 2017.

Shang Palace showcases authentic Cantonese cuisine, provincial specialties and Chinese tea culture in a setting inspired by the rich heritage of China.   

The main theme for Shang Palace’s interior décor is “Dining in a Chinese Garden”. Floral motifs take centre stage on the red glass ceiling and exquisite hand-painted walls.

Shang Palace has an illustrious 45-year history of serving fine Cantonese, Shanghainese (including Huaiyang) and Szechuan cuisine in Singapore that goes back to 1971.
