The Health Club at Shangri-La’s Far Eastern Hotel, Taipei, features a fully-equipped gym with onsite personal trainers, an aerobic room where various classes are held, professional massage services, dry saunas, steam rooms and a hot whirlpool bath. Guests staying at the hotel and club members enjoy access to the Health Club and two swimming pools – a rooftop heated pool on the 43rd floor and an outdoor summer pool on the 7th floor.

• The gym opens daily from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm.
• Sauna facilities open daily from 6:00 am to 10:15 pm.
• Locker room from 6:00 am to 10:15 pm.
• The rooftop swimming pool opens daily from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm(Friday, Saturday, and the eve of a public holiday will be extended to 10:00 pm.)
• Group training class requires advanced reservation, please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the class.
• Body treatment service time is at 11:00 am. to 7:00 pm. Please make advanced reservations.

【Summer Pool Operations & Annual Maintenance Notice】

Dear Guests,
To maintain the safety and highest quality of our swimming facilities,Shangri-La Far Eastern,Taipei will adjust its pool operating hours for the summer season and conduct routine annual maintenance starting 4 July,2026. The schedule for each phase is outlined below:

• Summer Season Schedule (4 July – 30 August)
  The 43F Rooftop Pool will remain open daily as scheduled. The 7th Floor Pool will only be available on weekends(Saturday & Sunday) and public holidays from 08:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 19:00 (closed on weekdays).

• 43F Rooftop Pool Maintenance (31 August – 20 September)

  The 43F Rooftop Pool will be closed for annual routine maintenance. During this period, the 7th Floor Pool will be open daily from 06:00 to 21:00.

• Full Resumption (From September 21)

The 43F Rooftop Pool will fully reopen daily upon completion of maintenance, while the 7th Floor Pool will be closed. The regular operating hours for the Rooftop Pool are 06:00 to 21:00 daily. Extended hours until 22:00 will apply on Fridays, Saturdays, and the first and last days of long public holidays.

※Please note that access to the 7th Floor Pool is designated through the 6th floor registration desk.

Standard Entrance Fee: Adults (12+): NTD 2,000, Children (Under 12): NTD 1,000 (Adult accompaniment required)

Special Rates: Bulk Purchase (10+ tickets): Weekdays NTD 1,000 / Weekends NTD 1,500 per ticket, In-House Guest Visitors (Friends & Family): Weekdays NTD 1,000 / Weekends NTD 1,500 per person.

Terms & Conditions:

．Children under 12 are half-price (based on the adult rate applied) and must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

．Entrance fee excludes F&B. In-Room Dining menu is available for ordering at the pool.
