For the first time in Hong Kong, the acclaimed Ginza ramen brand brings its signature flavours to a dedicated pop-up space within Nadaman's newly renovated private dining room. Specially crafted noodles and the brand's renowned chicken broth are imported directly from Japan and prepared fresh by skilled ramen artisans.

Choose from a selection of signature ramen, including Special Shoyu Ramen, Special Shio Ramen and Special Spicy Ramen from HK$108. Guests looking for a more indulgent experience may opt for the Supreme Ramen series, featuring luxurious toppings such as pork chashu, roasted duck chashu, Ajitama egg and truffle pork wontons.

Each bowl is served with homemade herb butter, allowing guests to enjoy the original broth first before enriching it with a deeper, creamier flavour profile.

Complete the experience with a choice of mini rice bowls, including Chashu Rice Bowl or Tuna & Egg Yolk Rice Bowl.
