Highlights include the auspicious barbecued meat combination, nourishing Double-Boiled Partridge Soup with Matsutake and Fish Maw, aromatic Tiger Prawns Baked in Claypot with White Pepper, and the renowned Cantonese-style Crispy Fried Chicken with Spicy Lotus Root Chips. To conclude the feast on a sweet note, savour Sweetened Red Bean Soup with 30-year Aged Mandarin Peel and Glutinous Rice Dumplings, served alongside Shang Palace's Signature Mid-Autumn Mooncakes, symbolising harmony, prosperity and togetherness.
