Edsa Shangri-La, Manila has appointed Robert Cauchi as its executive sous chef to help oversee the hotel’s culinary and banquet operations.
A native of Malta, a Southern European country by the Mediterranean Sea, Chef Robert began his culinary career working with different hotel establishments across Europe and the Middle East in June 1990. He has been cited for his work across Malta, London, Bahrain and Shanghai. Chef Robert has also played a vital role in opening several top-end restaurants, and in the menu creation and culinary team training for an international airline.
