Weekends at Edsa Shangri-La, Manila’s interactive dining restaurant, HEAT, just got a whole lot more exciting for the whole family with a bigger and better themed buffet, the Weekend Trio, featuring Mad for Lobster Fridays, Mad for Wagyu Saturdays and the all-new Sunday Mercato.  Sample what HEAT has to offer, with mouthwatering creations by the hotel’s specialty chefs – from exotic local delicacies to the world’s loved international favorites. Weekends definitely can’t get better than this! Price per person is at Php 2,615 nett. 

Go bonkers over unlimited lobsters available every Friday at dinner and indulge in a three-layered tower display of overflowing crustacean goodness featuring Boston, Slipper, Rock and other seasonal varieties of lobster, such as lobster tails, Pacific, Japanese, Tiger, and Bamboo. Grab what catches your eye, and have it cooked exactly the way you want it, may it be buttered garlic with a hint of lemon, baked with overflowing cheese, hot-off-the-grill, Chinese style stir-fried or simply steamed.  

Saturday evenings are for carnivores as the beef around is now available. Revel in an all-new bounty of unlimited high grade wagyu beef and try its new lineup of signature dishes such as Chef Andy’s curried Wagyu beef laksa dumpling in spiced coconut broth, Chef Guiliano’s Wagyu beef cheek cannelloni with mascarpone and Chef Hino’s marinated Wagyu beef yakiniku.   

Sunday brunch with the family just got even more exciting with HEAT’s Sunday Mercato, your Sunday community habit at this side of Metro Manila. Let HEAT take you around the world as you delight in a worldwide streetfood–inspired lunch spread. Kids will surely be entertained with fun activities including caricature drawing and enjoy the food carts around the restaurant serving hotdogs, fries, popcorn, cotton candy, dirty ice cream, bibingka and bicho-bicho. After a hearty meal, guests may shop from several kiosks at the Garden Wing hallway boasting a wide variety of proudly Filipino goods ranging from food beverage, bags and more. The current merchants include such as Souvenirs by CHI, The Spa, pastries by The Bakeshop, local craft beers, Wits, Tigre Y Oliva, Green Rabbit, Costal Bags, Figure of Beans, Steep Coffee, Standford & Shaw, Chili Chili Bang Bang, The Clean Plate by Twist, THChips and more. Get together as a community and support local entrepreneurs over great food. Kiosks are open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
