Inspired by the one of the most iconic Anime characters, Doraemon, the afternoon tea incorporates Japanese elements while retaining the signature Mediterranean flavors of Calypso Restaurant & Lounge. Eight adorable sweet and savory snacks are placed on a white spiral-style stand, including the “Citrus Panna Cotta with Blue Ramune Jelly” that incorporates Doraemon's iconic blue colour, the “Dango Mousse” inspired by the Japanese three-color dango, the “Strawberries and Cream Dorayaki-ish” based on Doraemon's favorite Dorayaki, and the “Arancini” “Pizzette Dumpling” with savory Italian meat sauce filling, and more, presenting guests with a creative and childlike afternoon experience.
