MTR
The MTR (Mass Transit Railway) is an extensive subway system interconnecting Hong Kong Island, as well as the Kowloon Peninsula and Lantau Island.
In addition, the East Rail of MTR, located at the doorstep of the hotel, offers frequent direct train service from Kowloon to the New Territories and the Mainland China border.
Star Ferry
An icon of the city for decades, the Star Ferry offers a leisurely 7-minute ride across the Victoria Harbour for just HKD 2.8 - HKD 6.5, and the locals still take it routinely. There is one just about every six minutes, operating from early in the morning until 11:30pm and covering two routes: one between Tsim Sha Tsui and Central, and one between Tsim Sha Tsui and Wan Chai.
The Star Ferry terminal in Kowloon is a 15-minute walk from the hotel along the harbour promenade.
Trams
The historic double-decker tramway runs on Hong Kong Island between Shau Kei Wan and Kennedy Town, with a branch in Happy Valley. While 240,000 residents still commute by tram every day, this mode of transport has been in operation since 1904 and is a popular sightseeing attraction.
A chauffeured limousine is a safe and comfortable way to get around Hong Kong. The hourly rate is HKD 980 and requires a minimum rental of three consecutive hours. The rate does not include bridge, tunnel and parking fees.
