About the Horizon Club Lounge
Guests who book Horizon Club Rooms and Suites in Shangri-La Wing are registered in the privacy of the Horizon Club Lounge and are then escorted directly to their rooms, all of which have panoramic views of both the city and the Chao Phraya River.
Horizon Club Lounge is conveniently connected between levels 23 and 24 by a circular staircase as well as elevators. Pursers are on duty in the Horizon Club Lounge from 6am until 12midnight, during which time they serve as the guest’s private concierge, handling airline ticketing, room reservations at other Shangri-La hotels, limousine hiring, sending faxes, making restaurant reservations and providing general information on the city of Bangkok. The lounge has a large buffet serving area for American breakfast, with evening cocktails and canapés also offered. There is an all-day beverage service for tea, coffee and soft drinks.
