About the Horizon Club
Guests who book Horizon Club Rooms and Suites in Shangri-La Wing are registered in the privacy of the Horizon Club Lounge and are then escorted directly to their rooms, all of which have panoramic views of both the city and the Chao Phraya River.
Horizon Club Lounge is conveniently connected between levels 23 and 24 by a circular staircase as well as elevators. Pursers are on duty in the Horizon Club Lounge from 6:30am until 9pm, during which time they serve as the guest’s private concierge, handling airline ticketing, room reservations at other Shangri-La hotels, limousine hiring, making restaurant reservations and providing general information on the city of Bangkok. The lounge has a large buffet serving area for complimentary American breakfast, and complimentary evening cocktails and canapés with snacks are also offered. There is an all-day beverage service for tea, coffee and soft drinks.

The following children's meal plan is applicable for all Shangri-La Circle members.
When accompanied by a dine-in adult, up to 2 children of registered in-house hotel guests at the age of 6 and below can enjoy buffet meals at the all-day dining venues at no additional charge. Additional children at the age of 6 and below and all children who are above 6 years of age but under 12 years of age will receive a 50% discount on the adult buffet price.
Registered in-house hotel guests can also join Shangri-La Circle at any time during their stay to enjoy the meal plan.
Children of non-registered walk-in guests under the age of 12 will receive a 50% discount on buffet meals at the all-day dining outlets.
