Held during sunset on the waterfront of the South China Sea, the feast for two includes succulent Sri Lankan crabs and an array of appetisers, side dishes, desserts and free-flowing house wines and beer.
Diners get to claw their way through these luscious crustaceans in their favourite style with a choice of four sauces – chilli, black pepper, salted egg or superior XO sauce.
A perfect accompaniment to crabs, Golden Deep-Fried Mantou Buns are served for diners to dip into the flavourful crab sauces. Fragrant Shrimp Fried Rice and Seasonal Vegetables are prepared a la minute as piping hot side dishes.
A variety of tropical ice cream flavours, such as Pandan and Teh Tarik, is available to end the feast on a sweet note. The unique flavours are rich and delectable, a sweet contrast to the savoury crab fare.
The picturesque views of the sunset on the coast, music from a live band and the surrounding sea breeze present a perfect evening for couples to wrap up a delightful dinner.
