A similar concept to the Hawaiian Night, the Beach Barbecue Buffet gives you the additional option of having a beach barbecue. Besides a sumptuous buffet spread, our chefs will prepare a barbecue feast on the spot.

Singapore Food Street
Let your guests embark on a
gastronomic journey at the Singapore
Food Street, which brings all of Singapore’s
favourites to your event.
Hawker stalls will be set up on
the beach and decorated with peacock feathers, Chinese lanterns and ketupats to reflect the colourful
heritage of Singapore.
Our staff will don the traditional costumes of various ethnic groups to add
colour to your event.
To enhance the dining experience,
you may wish to opt for additional chargeable services which are available - be
it an entertainment line-up including a grand welcome with a Chinese lion dance
or a Malay kompang drum.
