From 19 to 25 June, renowned Italian King of Pasta, Chef Vicenzo Spinosi, will be making his debut at the Lemon Garden Café at Shangri-La Hotel, Kuala Lumpur. Chef Spinosi is set to surprise guests with an amazing gastronomic experience during his live kitchen presentation as he shares the history of Italian culinary and his own techniques.
Hailing from Campofilone in Italy, Chef Spinosi belongs to the legendary Spinosi family that is known for pasta making since the 1930’s. Ever since he took over the family business, Chef Spisoni has introduced many innovative ideas on developing top quality pastas while still respecting its authenticity and tradition. The Italian culinary extraordinaire is only one of three Italians awarded the coveted International Five-Star Diamond Award by The American Academy of Hospitality Sciences.
In 2000, Chef Spinosi introduced the Spinosini 2000 with Omega 3 pasta. The exclusive pasta has grown to become a best seller and a favourite of many people around the world, including Hollywood actor Robert De Niro, who requested for the pasta to be featured at his restaurant in Los Angeles.
