Meet Scott Henderson, the Executive Chef at Shangri-La Hotel, Kuala Lumpur who is instrumental in implementing new and exciting directions for the hotel’s culinary experience, exploring new trends with opportunities to elevate the hotel’s dining and culinary scene and keeping Rooted in Nature as the driving principle to source sustainable and local products as well as collaborate with local farmers and fisheries to benefit the community.

With over 20 years of experience spanning across four continents, Chef Scott leads a team of dedicated chefs to offer memorable dining experiences for our guests.

All rates are subject to 10% service charge. No government tax will be collected for purchases up to and including 31 December 2021. All rates are subject to 10% service charge and 6% government tax from 1 January 2022 onwards.
