Chi, The Spa, at Shangri-La, draws inspiration from the legendary Shangri-La, a place of personal peace, enchantment and well-being.

Health Club
The hotel is pleased to offer a Health Club with a fully equipped gymnasium, indoor swimming pool, sauna, whirlpool spa. Conveniently located on Level 2, the Health Club is available to members as well as hotel guests.
Opening Hours
Gym: Open 24 Hours for in-house guests, 6:30am - 9pm for external Health Club members.
Pool and Sauna: 6:30am - 9pm

Health Club Membership
Membership to the Health Club is available to local residents and includes:
Use of more than 16 cardio machines including Treadmills, Cross Trainers and Bikes
Full access to the gymnasium, indoor swimming pool, sauna, hot whirlpool spa
Training and shower towels provided
Personal lockers
Shower facilities and amenities including shampoo
Access to a selection of newspapers and magazines
Lunch & Beverage Menu available within the Health Club
Casual rates
Adult weekend rate- (Friday – Sunday)- AUD 55
Adult weekday rate- (Monday – Thursday)- AUD 50
Children* weekend rate- (Friday – Sunday)- AUD 40
Children* weekday rate- (Monday – Thursday)- AUD 35
A 45 minute infrared sauna session is available for an additional cost starting at AUD 55 per person Monday to Thursday and AUD 65 per person for Friday to Sunday.
Terms & Conditions
Gymnasium: children under 16 years are not permitted in the gym.
Dry and infrared sauna: children under 16 years are not permitted in the saunas.
Pool and whirlpool spa: children under 16 years permitted only under the direct supervision of parents or guardian.
