Pudong Shangri-La, East Shanghai Presents The Super Brunch

21 April 2014 Shanghai China – 18 May 2014 marks the launch of The “Super” Brunch at Pudong Shangri-La, East Shanghai. An expansion of the popular Sunday Brunch at Yi Cafe, the “Super” Brunch extends the culinary spread to exhibit Japanese “Teppanyaki Experience” at Nadaman, variety of Cheeses and Cold Cuts at Wines, and the freshest seafood in the land with Yi Café’s “Super” Ice Seafood Station.

Pudong Shangri-La’s celebrity Japanese chef, together with Yi Café’s specialty chefs will form a brigade of 13, each representing their native cuisines. With 11 live cooking stations including Nadaman and Wines, spread across the hotel’s Grand Tower and River Wing on Level 2, the “Super” Brunch promises a visual feast of colours and action.

The gastronomy spread will include the iconic dishes from France, China, Japan, Middle East, India, and South East Asia. Nadaman will be dedicated for a specialized “Teppanyaki Experience” while the Wines offers variety of Cheeses and Cold Cuts. For kids, a dedicated Children’s Buffet with fun and games like an amazing Bouncy Castle, face painting, balloons and magician appearances will also be a part of the “Super” Brunch. There is also a special Super Beverage Package priced at RMB128 per person.

The Super Brunch is available every third Sunday of the month from 11.30am to 3.00pm at RMB488 plus 15 per cent service charge per adult and RMB244 per child between the age of 6 to 11 years old. Yi Café was first launched in 2005 as part of the launch of the Grand Tower of Pudong Shangri-La, East Shanghai.
