Hong Kong, 22 March 2019 – Guests can celebrate Easter at Hong Kong, 22 March 2019 – Guests can celebrate Easter at Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong with holiday feasts, fancy goodies and an array of fun activities.

Easter Party
On 20 and 21 April 2019, little patrons of Café Kool, the hotel’s buffet restaurant, are invited to join the special Easter party at no extra cost. Between 12:30 and 2:30 p.m., children can enjoy activities, such as an egg hunt, Easter egg painting, cupcake decorating, a magic show, balloon twisting and a cartoon show in Kowloon Rooms I and II on the mezzanine level. Guests can also join the golden egg hunt and be one of three winners to take home an amazing prize. Another highlight of the party is a kids’ buffet featuring sweet delights and fresh juices from the bar.

An Eggs-tremely Egg-citing Easter at Café Kool
Between 19 and 22 April 2019, guests can enjoy a buffet menu of festive favourites and international flavours prepared live in six open kitchens by an experienced team of culinary artists at Café Kool. The Easter feast features hot and cold items, including Honey-Glazed Ham with Apricot and Prunes, Grilled Spring Chicken with Orange Citron Gravy and Asparagus and Onion Frittata. To top off the meal, a wonderful selection of Easter-inspired desserts is available, including Easter Cupcakes, a Fudge Chocolate Cake with a Bunny and a Berry Cheesecake with a Chocolate Egg Shell. The Easter lunch buffet is priced at HKD468 per adult and HKD318 per child, while the festive dinner buffet is priced at HKD688 per adult and HKD518 per child.

Easter Afternoon Tea Buffet at the Lobby Lounge
Overlooking Victoria Harbour and the Hong Kong Island skyline, Lobby Lounge is a place for guests to relax comfortably in a classic and elegant setting with live music throughout the afternoon. Between 19 and 22 April 2019, an Easter-themed afternoon tea buffet will be available from 1 to 5 p.m. for only HKD398 per adult and HKD328 per child. Guests can enjoy a great buffet selection amid a comfortable and relaxing ambiance. Some of the chef’s highlights include the Egg Salad in the Shell, Chicken Salad with Spiced Figs and Buffalo Mozzarella Cheese, Roasted Easter Chicken with Lemon and Sweet Roasted Vegetables, Beef Medallion with Mushroom Ragout and Mashed Truffle, and Roasted Spring Leg of Lamb with Garlic and Herb Crust.

Easter Goodies at Déli Kool
Available in all sorts of shapes and colours, a range of Easter chocolates is in store at Déli Kool between 8 and 22 April 2019, including the Giant Metallic Easter Egg, Easter Eggs and Snowboard, Easter Carrot in a Pot, Loving Bunny Couple, Bunny with a Basket of Two Sugar Eggs and many more. A Colomba cake collection is also on offer, featuring a plethora of flavours, such as Pistachio with Cherry Chocolate, Tropical Fruit, Lemon Cream and Dark Chocolate. A 10 per cent early-bird discount applies to Colomba cakes purchased before 31 March 2019.
