We maintain a counter at the airport to help you upon arrival and departure. Visit the Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts Airport Counter in the Main Arrivals Hall, Counter B8, opposite Exit B.

Airport Express
The Airport Express train departs from the airport’s Main Arrival Hall every 10 minutes to the Kowloon Station. The one-way trip, which takes approximately 20 minutes, costs HKD 100.
A complimentary shuttle (route number K3, as provided by the Airport Express) is available from Kowloon Station to the hotel.
Taxi
Taxi service is readily available at the airport. A one-way journey, which takes approximately 35 minutes, will cost approximately HKD 380.
Bus
Airport buses depart every hour for an hour long journey and stop at several hotels in Kowloon. You may purchase tickets (HKD 130 per person) at our Airport Counter.
Valet Parking
Complimentary valet parking service and use of the hotel garage (at a charge) is available to hotel guests.
