Shangri-La Hotel, Surabaya Feels for Purworejo

Surabaya, 19 July 2016 – Shangri-La Hotel, Surabaya invited its staff and guests to support the victims of the recent flood and landslides in Purworejo, Central Java, by donating dried food, proper clothing or cash through the hotel’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) programme.

The donations were sent directly to the Local Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) Purworejo Regency.  In addition to staple food, cooking oil and instant noodles, the hotel also sent proper clothing, bed sheets and toys for the children.
