Taxis
We recommend using only airport taxi services, which are located in front of the departure area.
The fare for a one-way trip from the airport to the hotel, or Pasar Turi or Gubeng Railway Station, is IDR 130,000. The journey lasts about 30 minutes.
A surcharge of IDR 9,000 (USD 1) is levied upon every taxi leaving the hotel.

- From the airport, head west, follow the signs for the Toll Freeway.
- At the end of the freeway, you will reach the Darmo Satelit area. Continue on the main street to Jalan May. Jend. Sungkono, where Shangri-La Hotel, Surabaya, is located.
