Christmas Comes Alive At Shangri-La at the Fort With A Host of Staycation and Dining Offers

Shangri-La at the Fort, Manila invites food lovers, shopaholics and merry makers to experience an extensive array of festive treats and surprises, from rooms and residences, to restaurants, spa and wellness.
Home For the Holidays 
Families can spend the Christmas break in style and enjoy shopping privileges with staycation packages in Shangri-La Hotel or Shangri-La Residences. For a minimum stay of two nights, Deluxe Rooms start from Php 9,100, and a one-bedroom Shangri-La Residence start from Php 16,640. The festive staycation packages include the following benefits: family buffet breakfast at High Street Cafe for two adults and two children 11 years old and below, use of the gym at Kerry Sports Manila and outdoor swimming pool, and shopping vouchers from retail partners Brotzeit, Feliix, Gautier, Global Views, Harley-Davidson of Manila, Santoni, Sugar Factory and Toby’s Estate. 
Furthermore, guests who book the Christmas package for stays from December 15, 2016 to January 8, 2017 will automatically get a chance to win a two-night Family Weekend Stay in a one-bedroom Shangri-La Residence.
For guests who wish to stay in for the New Year’s countdown, accommodations in a Deluxe Room start from Php 20,170 per night for stays passing through December 31, 2016. The rate includes a four-course festive set menu at Samba for two adults, access to the hotel’s countdown party at Samba poolside, buffet breakfast for two at the designated breakfast venue, as well as special shopping privileges from the adjoining Retail Arcade.

Festive Food and Yuletide Spirits 
From steaks to seafood and everything in between, Shangri-La at the Fort’s restaurants have offerings to delight kith and kin. At High Street Cafe, Christmas lunch buffet is at Php 3,200 nett, while Christmas Eve and Christmas Day dinner buffet is at Php 3,800 nett with choice of beverage inclusions at an additional Php 600 nett. 
High Street Lounge offers festive tea sets for two at Php 1,100 the entire month of December to January 1, 2017, from 2 pm to 6 pm daily.
At Canton Road, private rooms are available with customized menus for bookings on December 24, 25, 31 and January 1. Minimum guarantee start from Php 15,588 for eight persons in Nathan room, to 52,688 for 14 persons in Peking room. Regular a la carte menus and set menus are still available for ordering. 
At Raging Bull Chophouse and Bar, set dinner courses are available for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, at Php 4,500 per person inclusive of a glass of bubbly. 

Samba, the newly opened Peruvian restaurant on Level 8, offers holiday lunch sets from Php 1,900 per person and dinner feasts from Php 2,500 per person.
A selection of savouries and sweets are also available for ordering, from honey roasted boneless ham, to roasted turkey with traditional siding, beef chuleton, fruit cake, stollen bread, homemade Gluhwein, chocolate truffles and pralines, gingerbread houses, assorted winter jams, cookies and hampers.

A Kerry Christmas, Spa-lidays and More 
Every Saturday and Sunday of December, Adventure Zone at Kerry Sports Manila will hold a photo session with its mascot, Boni the Bull, from 11:00 am to 11:30 am, and 4:00 pm to 4:45 pm. Guests who upload their photos on their individual Instagram accounts using the hashtag #AZHoliday and turn on their geo-location (@Adventure Zone, Shangri-La at the Fort), will receive a chance to win an Adventure Zone gift set.
At Spa at Kerry Sports Manila, holiday-inspired treatments are available for gift-giving or personal treats. Highlights include the Cinnameal Surprise: a choice of back, hand or foot scrub using a special cinnamon-oatmeal blend together with a 90 minute aromatherapy or deep muscle massage; the Merry & Skin-Bright: two-hour signature treatment of choice with cinnamon-oatmeal scrub and paraffin treatment; Mrs. Claus’ Day Out: a 30 minute cinnamon-oatmeal foot scrub, 60 minute aromatherapy massage with hair mask and a 60 minute hydrating facial; and the Ultimate Holiday Spa-rty Package: a 90 minute four-hands Asian blend massage, 60 minute skin brightening facial and 30 minute cinnamon-oatmeal body wrap.
Gift certificates are also available at Spa at Kerry Sports Manila. The more credits bought, the more add-ons are included. For example, Php 15,000 worth of spa gift certificates includes a 30 minute back massage; while Php 25,000 worth of spa gift certificates includes a 45 minute salt & oil body scrub.
A Toast to the New Year 
Guests can ring in the New Year with a choice of venues for celebration. At High Street Cafe, a New Year’s Eve dinner buffet is available for Php 3,800 nett per person. At Raging Bull Chophouse & Bar, a four-course dinner is available for Php 5,000 nett per person; from 10 pm to 2 am, a table for four is available at the bar area for Php 15,000 nett, inclusive of a bottle of champagne and selected spirits, and canapes. The countdown at High Street Lounge will feature a band, heavy snacks and a beverage buffet at Php 3,000 nett per person, from 9 pm to 12:30 am.
For an unparalleled view of the vibrant cityscape, Samba is the vantage point for an outdoor New Year’s Countdown party by the poolside. Entrance to the party is only at Php 500 nett per person, inclusive of one drink. A Peruvian food station is available for an additional Php 400 nett. Cabanas are also offered at Php 15,000 nett for 10 persons, which includes a bottle of champagne, or selected spirits and mixers.
The Giving Tree 
Shangri-La at the Fort gives back to its community through its beneficiary, Mini Park Day Care Center, a primary school put up by the government of Taguig City for its constituents located at Zone 7. The hotel management and colleagues support 80 children ages three to five years old through learning activities, nutrition programs, classroom refurbishments and educational needs.
