A premium Rice Dumpling Gift Set comprising four different dumplings is the ideal festive giveaway. Guests can also indulge in Chef Steven’s celebratory seven course set menu, which includes Shang Palace’s classic Signature Rice Dumpling, for lunch and dinner.
Chef Steven unveils four new dumpling flavours, including Spicy Pork Belly Rice Dumpling, which packs a generous amount of spicy pork belly, Chinese mushrooms and dried shrimp. “Surf and Turf” is available in Oriental style with Barbecued Pork and Eel Rice Dumpling. Guests with a sweet tooth can bite into two new sweet creations – Bird’s Nest with Barley Rice Dumpling and Red Bean Paste with Sweet Corn Rice Dumpling. Other selections include the classic Shang Palace Signature Rice Dumpling comprising customary favourites such as conpoy, roasted duck, roasted pork and Yunnan ham. A supreme choice is Abalone Cubes with Braised Pork Belly Rice Dumpling made with premium ingredients. Guests with healthier preferences will enjoy Organic Five Rice with Walnut Rice Dumpling and the Traditional Rice Dumpling with Chicken.
