Shangri-la Paris welcomes its young guests with their friend 'Bamboo The Panda'

The mischievous mascot of Shangri-La Paris, the “Bamboo” Panda, and a range of accessories dedicated to the fantastic world of children, are all part of our young guests stay. To make a truly memorable stay for them, the Palace offers a special Family experience, where both children and adults will share unforgettable moments in the heart of the capital.

Young guests will now be able to dive into their own adventure during their stay in Paris, with accessories and games, exclusively designed by an artist for Shangri-La Paris.

At check-in, children will receive their very own passport with which they can “travel” throughout the hotel and collect stamps upon visiting each checkpoint (Shang Palace and La Bauhinia restaurants, as well as CHI, The Spa), at check-in and check-out. This is a great way of discovering the hotel, once home of Prince Roland Bonaparte, all while having fun.

Upon entering their room, young adventurers will discover their “Bamboo” gifts: a cotton bag which converts into a backpack, ideal for Parisian strolls, a colouring book with crayons, a puzzle, Bamboo slippers, and a delicious cookie prepared by our Pastry Chef, Maxence Barbot. Children will also receive a Bamboo stuffed toy who will be their loyal companion as they stroll through the City of Light, and who will be by their side on many more adventures to come!

In the restaurants, little food-lovers will be able to order their meal all on their own thanks to the illustrated menu, where each dish is depicted. And, what better a way to learn to use the famous Asian cutlery than with their own panda chopsticks?

For rainy days, children will be delighted to use their Bamboo umbrella – just like adults!

Through this fantastic universe, our little guests will enjoy a magical stay!
