COVID-19 Cancellation Policy: The well-being of our guests and colleagues remains our highest priority and we look forward to welcoming you back to Shangri-La at the Fort, Manila when you are ready. Please be advised that we are currently not accepting bookings for mandatory quarantine including those for guests arriving from overseas. Guests from abroad may check-in after they receive their negative test results. For leisure guests staying with us, kindly note the following procedures will apply in accordance with the Administrative Order 2020-006-C: a) All guests are to provide a negative result from a Rapid Antigen Test (within 24 hours of check-in) or RT-PCR Test (within 72 hours of check-in); b) We may accept guests from NCR, as well as those from CALABARZON undertaking direct Point-to-Point travel to NCR. A government issued ID with residence address will be required upon check-in (i.e. no side trips to other tourism destinations); c) We welcome guests of all ages to indulge in a staycation with us, however at present we unfortunately are unable to host individuals with underlying medical conditions, multiple chronic conditions, or are currently pregnant. During your stay with us, kindly note a daily curfew remains in place in Metro Manila to limit non-essential movements.
