Futian Shangri-La, Shenzhen Warms Valentine’s Day with 22 Selected Ingredients

Futian Shangri-La, Shenzhen will give guests an extraordinary Valentine’s memory by touching their visual and olfactory senses through dishes created by five star chefs and featuring 22 selected ingredients, including avocado, oyster, maca, vanilla and raspberry and many more.
 
Café Zen presents “The Mood for Love”
On 13 and 14 February 2017, Café Zen will feature “aphrodisiac” ingredients for its dinner to stimulate the guests’ inner desire.  A selection of seafood, salad, sushi, foie gras, beef ribs and desserts are available.  The bartender will creatively customise two different kinds of cocktails, Raspberry Mojito and Captain Coco (mocktail), for each guest.  What’s more, guests can enjoy free-flowing sparkling wine, red wine, beer, juice and soft drinks.
 
Dinner is priced at RMB520 net per person.  Bookings made three days in advance will be priced at RMB480 net per person.  Guests whose wedding anniversary falls on 13 or 14 February 2017 will have a chance to win a room voucher through the early-bird promotion.  The offer is limited to only five, and first come, first served.  Meanwhile, men are entitled to a L’Occitane set and ladies are entitled to Crystal Mini Desserts.
Shang Garden “Love to Be Loved Like Fire”
Award-winning Executive Chinese Chef Dong will diligently prepare the Valentines’ Day Set Menu featuring seven delicacies: Poached Australian Lobster with Pumpkin and Lobster Bisque, Slow-Cooked Australian Angus Boneless Short Rib Beef, Dong Po Style, Fried Rice with Truffle and Goose Liver, Cold Mountain Oysters with Pepper Sauce Gel and more.  In addition, Shang Garden Terrace will present a hot pot set menu with a Crazy Mexico cocktail, which is made with beer.  There will also be live violin and saxophone performances.
 
Set menu: RMB788 per two persons; includes a glass of red or white wine for each guest.  Bookings made three days in advance is priced at RMB738 per two persons.
Hot pot for two persons: RMB688; includes a glass of Crazy Mexico cocktail for each guest.
 
Shang Garden Bar “Sweet Love”
While indulging in the relaxing ambience, guests can enjoy the rhythmic live band performance and passionate customised cocktails, which will bring back sweet moments between the lovers.  Four optional packages starting from RMB188 to RMB688 are available.
