Shenzhen, China, 28 February 2014 – From 1 March 2014 onward, Café Zen of Futian Shangri-La, Shenzhen will present the Business Set Lunch every day. Guests can choose their own set lunch from variety of food selections.
The set lunch is served in three courses—Appetizer, Main Course and Dessert. All of the courses are attractive in looking and fabulous in taste. With four dishes in each course, guests can select one according to their own preference. The prepared set enables the service to be efficient and timely.
The tempting Appetizer includes Traditional Caesar salad with crispy bacon and homemade focaccia crouton, Arugula and radicchio lettuce salad tossed in balsamic dressing with ripe cherry tomatoes and shaved Parmesan, Greek salad with tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, bell pepper, kalamata olives and feta cheese. The nutritional Main Course includes Futian Club Sandwich, Fried Rice Yangzhou Style, Taiwanese Beef Noodles, Breast of Corn Fed Chicken with seasonal vegetable and black pepper sauce. The delicate Desserts are created by the pastry chef daily, which will bring the guests surprise and sweetness.
The Business Set Lunch not only provides the guests with delicious lunch, but also brings them the joy of selecting their own lunch. Guests may come with friends, colleagues and families. The set lunch is RMB158 per adult and RMB80 per child, which is available from 12:00 to 14:30 Monday to Saturday, and 11:30 to 15:00 each Sunday. Prices are subject to 15 per cent service charge.
