Shangri-La Hotel, Qufu Presents Chinese New Year Celebration Package

Qufu, China, 7 January, 2015 – In collaboration with “Hospitable Shandong” and “Enjoy A Traditional Chinese New Year at Qufu”, the two slogans presented by the municipal and local government offices, Shangri-La Hotel, Qufu offers the “Celebrate Chinese New Year at Qufu” package from 1 February through 9 March 2015.

The package includes many celebratory activities for guests to enjoy Chinese traditions and a visit to the Three Kongs for an auspicious beginning to the Year of The Goat.

Decorated with Chinese festive lanterns, guests are expected to feel the happy and harmonious mood of the ambiance.  They will be invited to take part in some time-honoured culture traditions well preserved in the hometown of Confucius, such as a lion dance, Welcoming the God of Fortune, dumpling making, glutinous cake making, folk arts showbiz and many more.  A specially created Reunion Dinner menu will be served at Shang Palace, where guests can enjoy the dinner credit included in the package rate.
