L'Heure du Goûter Tea Time at Shangri-La Hotel, Paris

Paris, 25th April 2017 –

Every Saturday and Sunday, Pastry Chef Michaël Bartocetti celebrates a veritable French ritual and a moment dear to little ones and grown-ups alike: the Goûter!

By plumbing the depths of his childhood memories, he has come up with a superb buffet of traditional French pastries and tasty specialities exploiting both textures and savours to create a flavourful explosion for the taste buds.

madeleines, waffles, cookies... a veritable sweet festival subject to seasonal varieties.
