Even though the new cheesecakes are made with a variety of materials and ingredients, they could be divided into seven main categories, namely, citrus, fruit, nut, ricotta, chocolate, alcohol and caramel. They are respectively represented by Oreo Cheesecake, Toasted Marshmallow Cheesecake, Amaretto Cheesecake, Lemon Raspberry Cheesecake and Orange Ricotta Cheesecake.
The culinary team tries to maximise the essence of the ingredients by processing and matching them in accordance with their unique features. For instance, the macadamia nut is fried with caramel to enhance the taste before being integrated with cheese; Oreo Dream Cheesecake is the children’s best friend because the Oreo biscuit gives a crunch that children love.
Moreover, the culinary team has created the Tiramisu Cheesecake, the first cheesecake in town to combine Tiramisu with cheesecake. The pastry cook makes Tiramisu in the form of mousse, then combines it with baked cheesecake, which fully simulates the flavour of chocolate and the richness of Kahlua.
To ensure that the 50 cheesecake flavours are presented with premium quality in front of guests, the culinary team has attentively selected ricotta cheese, an Italian cheese famous for its light and fresh taste, and the well-known French brand Elle & Vire cheese that tastes creamy and has lower fat.
At present, guests may enjoy the cheesecakes at Wok TOO Café. Only three flavours available daily at the restaurant as the culinary team intends to maintain the quality at premium level.
