MICHELIN STARRED CHEF IS BACK WITH WHITE TRUFFLE

Beijing, 19 October 2015 – The celebrated Michelin-starred Chef Yannick Alléno will return to Beijing and delight his loyal guests and fans in town with two special white truffle dinners at S.T.A.Y. on 5 and 6 November 2015.  It will be a gourmet expedition that cannot be missed.

It is said that only a “star” cook can extricate the radiance of the “diamond” – white truffle.  Known as the “diamond of the kitchen”, white truffle is a precious ingredient with limited production.  The strong-flavoured white truffle needs to be espoused with different ingredients to bring out the best of its savour.

Featured dishes include Soft-Boiled Egg with White Truffles, Farm Vegetable Soup with White Truffles, Sea Scallops and Tomato with Creamy Spinach and White Truffles, Farm Hen glazed in Cream Sauce with White Truffle Macaroni Risotto and Crunchy Chocolate and Caramel Cigars with White Truffles and Sea Salt.
