Shang Palace features magnificent changes

Shang Palace presents authentic hung-grilled Peking Duck, which is roasted over jujube wood and overseen by Chef Yuan Chaoying, the Shangri-La group’s Roasted Duck ambassador and expert.

With a tender inside and crispy outside, the Roasted Duck, which will surely become a must-try dish in West Beijing, is rich in nutrition and fat but not greasy with an inviting smell.


With a mix of classic Chinese cuisine, Shang Palace’s new a la cart menu boasts over 150 creative dishes that will take you on a gourmet journey. Guests can also look forward to the specially prepared dim sum selections and drinks with modern elements that the menu features.
