Set against Sydney’s most iconic backdrop, Easter Dining at Altitude is made for lingering over the long weekend. From family celebrations to intimate gatherings, savour refined seasonal dishes with sweeping views of the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge.
A sumptuous Signature five‑course menu curated by Executive Sous Chef Michele Menegazzi and Head Pastry Chef Kumiko Endo unfolds with delicately prepared smoked yellowfin tuna tartare, rich Glacier 51 toothfish, agnolotti del plin filled with Yamba king prawn, and vibrant Hiramasa kingfish, before concluding with a decadent Tasmanian leatherwood honey ganache.
From Good Friday to Easter Monday, the long weekend is best enjoyed above it all at Altitude.
Easter Dining at Altitude will be available from 3 April to 6 April 2026, with lunch served from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM and dinner from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Each seating is allocated a maximum dining time of 2.5 hours.
This offer is priced at AUD 185 per person for the five‑course set menu. Optional wine pairings are available from AUD 85 to AUD 315 per person.
