Korean chef Junseo Park has honed his culinary craft at Michelin-starred restaurants in Seoul, New York and Lyon, France. As the former chef of Seoul’s premium Korean restaurants A5 and CHOWOL, he is known for incorporating the refined techniques of French cuisine into authentic Korean flavours.
