Delivery Services Are Now Available for The BREW's Signature Dishes

Shanghai, China – The BREW has everything a decent pub has to offer – and more.

Tucked beneath the chic Kerry Hotel, Pudong, Shanghai, overlooking the lush greens of Century Park, this laid-back restaurant is the right go-to place after a long day at work or a for weekend stroll. Guests can lose the tie, rest those wearied legs and treat themselves to a sumptuous meal and a few pints.

A custodian of quality produce, Chef Otto Goh has devised a finger-licking menu that will have you craving more. Signatures dishes such as Charcoal-Roasted Chicken Wings (RMB 88) save guests the trouble of flying all the way to Kuala Lumpur to sample this decadent street snack. Borrowing wisdom from the Malaysian capital’s much sought-after Wong Ah Wah Restaurant, the wings are beautifully glazed in a sticky, fragrant sauce, radiantly golden. The flesh is silky and juicy, an excellent mouthfeel only to be elevated by a zingy hint of calamansi orange and chilli.

Those who love their brews know that beer and a humble stack of spuds are the best of pals. The BREW’s Truffle Fries (RMB 55) crowns crispy Potato Chips with generous shavings of “black diamond” and cheese. It is undeniably sinful, but tasty.

Should the size of a burger ever fail your expectation, let The BREW's Brewery Burger (RMB 115) redeem your faith. This delicious amalgamation of Australian Wagyu steak, caramelised bacon and onions, and delightful streak of Cheddar is a simple yet unforgettable treat. The BREW’s Brewery Burger condenses hefty Australian wagyu steak, caramelised bacon and onions, and a delightful streak of cheddar. If a guest has ever been disappointed with the size of a burger, this one will satisfy their craving.

In a world with infinite possibilities of pizzas, The BREW’s Peking Duck Pizza (RMB 85) is worth a try. A nod to Beijing’s ubiquitous crowd pleaser, Chef Goh has married the tenderest cut from the back of a freerange duck, piquant shreds of leek onion and cucumber with the unassuming pizza dough. This choice is perfect for lovers of both duck and pizza.

Beyond this glimpse of The BREW’s popular offers, there are more than 50 dishes and an interactive kid’s menu to unite eaters from all walks of life. Live music is brought to the restaurant by its band Shakin’ Tunes every evening, so all guests have to do is gather the loved ones, sit back and have a good time.

The BREW and The COOK also launched its delivery service in partnership with Sherpa’s, Eleme and Meituan. Guests can simply search "The BREW” and “The COOK” on the app, and freshly prepared bites and meals will just be a few clicks away.
