In April 2013, Michelin Star Celebrated Chef Anton Alexander Schmaus who comes from Germany will bring his unique culinary philosophy with fantastic dishes to Lobster Bar and Grill.
Three events started this 20-day Michelin experience at Lobster Bar and Grill, including the Michelin Star Chef Opening Dinner on 11 April, Michelin Star Chef Cooking Class on 12 April and the Night of Culinary Stars on 13 April. Until the end of April, Lobster Bar and Grill will continue to provide Michelin Star Chef’s a la carte and set menu.
The award-winning Shangri-La Hotel, Ningbo tempted guest with a once-in-a-lifetime event dubbed “12 Courses, 6 Maestros, 1 Night Only” featuring the stars of the culinary universe on 13 April in the Junior Ballroom.
