Iftar BBQ Buffet Dinner

Palm Hill Café offers guests the perfect place to break fast with family and friends this Ramadhan, from 6 June to 3 July 2016, 7 to 9:30 p.m.. With sumptuous kampung-style cuisines from various states of Malaysia, and international cuisines with a live BBQ action station while being entertained by traditional live music. It is priced at RM140 nett per person and RM70 nett per child aged 6 to 12 years old. 

The wide array of  Malay cuisines includes Nasi Parpu, Patin Masak Tempoyak, Masak Lemak Labu Daun Kunyit, Daging Dengdeng, Kacang Phool, Nasi Lemak Kukus Bersama Ayam Goreng Berempah, Lamb Korma ala Pakistan and the traditional Bubur Lambuk Daging to name a few. In addition Palm Hill Café’s signature dish, the Pakistani Chicken Biryani, is featured.  

The chefs at the Palm Hill Café have also has started the fire in the barbeque pit for guests and their family and friends. Then can get ready for a feast of delicious hearty servings of  Whole Lamb, Grilled Minute Steak, Grilled Lamb Shoulder, Grilled Chicken Perchik, Grilled Lamb Shish Kebab, Grilled Chicken Tikka, Otak Otak, Grilled Fish Tikka and the list goes on. Only the freshest ingredients and the most authentic spices are used for every meal.     

The Iftar BBQ Buffet highlight Taka Tak which well known in Lahore, Pakistan the birth place of Chef Zahid Mahmood, the restaurant’s speciality chef. Taka Tak is chicken and lamb minced with tomato, coriander leave and species. It is best eaten with freshly made Nan Bread. Only the freshest ingredients and the most authentic spices are used for your every meal.  

The dessert counter offers the speciality dessert Ommali which is also known as the Middle Eastern Bread and Butter Pudding. Also available are Shakturea, Pengat Pisang, Chocolate Pudding, the famous Ais Batu Campur or ABC and Cendol Mamak. The list of desserts continue ranging from mousse to puddings the traditional cakes.
