Indulgence of Five Senses
As the name “A Journey of the Senses” suggests,
this wedding package emphasizes the indulgence of all senses. Upon entering the wedding venue, guests will
smell the scent of roses in the air, hear the chanson about love and roses, taste dishes inspired by the romantic
flower and enjoy beautiful decorations made of roses.
The rose-inspired menu is carefully designed by
French native Executive Chef Stephane Puverel, featuring a combination of
cuisines from the East to the West. Highlighted
delicacies include Rose Bird’s Nest, Shrimp and Scallop Soup, Rose Wine-Flamed
Scallops, Lemon Compote, Parmesan Crisp and Citrus Dressing, Rose Sweet and
Sour Pork Ribs with Foie Gras, Strawberry and Rose Mousse Cake with assorted
berries. With the effort of the whole professional
chef team, the dishes are delicious and beautifully presented to the guests.
In addition, the hotel also joins hands with the
Spanish luxurious wedding gown brand Pronovias Atelier and local hand-made
wedding shoemaker Momentanée to create the outfit for every bride.
The package also includes a night’s stay in the
newly renovated Plaza Suite. With
special amenities like chocolate dessert plate, a bottle of champagne, rose
petal bath and more, the newlyweds can enjoy an unforgettable night.
