Guests can enjoy hot dishes, such as samosa, chicken satay, breaded prawn and assorted dim sum. A generous selection of sandwiches, including smoked turkey, roast beef, smoked salmon and tomato cheese, are also available in addition to the assorted cheese, peanuts and dried fruits. For the sweet tooth, the buffet features such sweet selections as jajanan pasar (Indonesian sweets), desserts in shooter glasses and cakes, including brownies, opera green tea and cheesecake. Chocolate lovers can indulge in assorted praline or the chocolate fondue.
Aside from the High Tea Buffet, Lobby Lounge also offers a variety of a la carte dishes and beverages. Smoothie fanatics can enjoy Chunky Banana Milk, Strawberry Peach, Cashew Milkshake or White Snow. Choices of homemade ice cream and sherbet, such as Affogato Cup, Chocolate Passion and Marinated Fresh Berries, are also available.
Guests can nibble on delicious snacks served a la carte at the Lobby Lounge, from international all time favourites, such as Cesar Salad, Crispy Fried Wings, Wagyu miniature burgers or the famous BLT; Indonesian favourites like satay, gado-gado, sop buntut and soto ayam; or vegetarian selections like Greek salad, Thai spring rolls or vegetable pannini.
