Shang Palace accommodates both smokers and non-smokers.
Shang Palace serves up fine Cantonese and Sichuan cuisine in a modern setting. Particular indulgences includes our abalone dishes and Shark Fin soup, a classic Chinese delicacy for the most special occasions. Our chefs are careful to procure the fins for this time-honoured dish from sharks caught whole, without finning.
