From 1 to 28 February 2013, China World Summit Wing, Beijing’s authentic Japanese restaurant, Nadaman, is celebrating its second anniversary with a specially-crafted seven-course set dinner menu by Chef Karasawa Hiroaki.
Diners can savour tradition at its best, with highlights such as Foie Gras Steamed Egg Custard with Crabmeat Glazed Sauce followed by White Asparagus Tofu with Sea Urchin and Fish Roe and indulge in the freshest Assorted Sashimi with tuna belly, amberjack, salmon and sweet prawn. Diners can also choose between Sumi Udon and Dattan Soba, both exclusive to Nadaman imported directly from Japan and renowned for its nutritious values such as vitamin B1 and plant fibre which are known to lower blood pressure and cholesterol level. Priced at RMB 1,200 per person plus 15 per cent service charge, this special set is available from 6 to 11 p.m. throughout February, except during Spring Festival from 9 to 15 February 2013.
Nadaman will also offer two special menus for Valentine’s Day. Diners can pamper a loved one with the Assorted Sashimi Special that consists of live lobster, tuna belly, tilefish, salmon belly and yellowtail, priced at RMB 1,888 plus 15 per cent service charge per couple, or enjoys the Whole Snow Crab Special, priced at RMB 1,200 plus 15 per cent service charge. The Valentine’s Day menus are available for one day only on 14 February 2013 from 6 to 11 p.m.
