Chef Zhu, The Red Chamber's Chef de Cuisine, has nearly 15 years of culinary experience as an executive chef in five-star luxury hotels. He has gathered comprehensive cooking credentials, acquiring expertise in China's traditional eight regional cuisines as well as in Western cuisine. He retains a special fondness, however, for his particular speciality, that of the cuisine from his native Guangdong province. Consumed with a mission to deliver premium Cantonese cuisine with a contemporary twist at The Red Chamber, Chef Zhu also specialises in fine dishes utilising the most sought-after ingredients, such as abalone, lobster, bird's nest and more.
